We welcome you and look forward to assist you. Placing an order on www.globusfashion.com is quick simple and secure. Just follow these 7 simple steps:

  • Browse through our collection to select the product you like. Select the color and size you want in that product.
  • After selecting the colour, size, click on "Buy Now"
  • Then click on "Check Out"
  • This will now take you to Contact Details Page. You just need to fill in your shipping billing address then continue to next step.
  • You will be routed to our payment options page, here you can select from the given Payment options.
  • After completing payment process click on to complete my purchase.
  • Now sit back and wait, while we do what we do best, deliver your order as soon as possible.

Is there any difference between the merchandise sold at www.globusfashion.com and Globus physical stores?

www.globusfashion.com offers the same quality of merchandise as sold in Globus stores, and the prices are also typically the same. However, we are currently not offering the complete range of products available in our store, on our website, though we are continually expanding the range.

Can you arrange for the delivery of a product which is available in our physical store but not available online?

We can only deliver products which are featured on the website and available in stock

How do I understand which size will fit me? Do you have size charts?

Yes all Apparel Product pages have associated Size Charts on the product detail page.

What are the wash care instructions for the product I have ordered?

Wash care instructions can be checked at  Garment Care Page. Alternately, most garments come with wash care labels.

It takes us around 7 working days to deliver your products all across India.

What are the payment options available at Globus?

The payment options we support are: 1) Cash On Delivery 2) Credit card / Debit Card 3) Net banking 4) Paytm Wallet

What is Cash On Delivery?

Cash On Delivery is an alternate payment method offered in addition to our existing payment options viz. Credit Cards, Debit Cards & Net banking. In Cash On Delivery, you will have to pay the order amount to our courier partners at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance.

How can I place an order using Cash On Delivery?

Placing an order using Cash On Delivery payment option is simple. Please follow the steps below:

  • Identify the products that you want to purchase.
  • Add them to your Shopping Cart
  • Proceed to checkout
  • Enter your shipping addresses and proceed to the payment page
  • Please select Cash On Delivery as your payment option.
  • You will be asked to verify your delivery Pin code to check if your location is serviceable by courier partners providing cash collection
  • services. Generally we service all major locations in India (some remote locations might not be serviced).
  • An OTP will be generated and sent to your registered Mobile Number.
  • On successful verification of mobile number your order will be placed

Is Cash On Delivery available outside India?

Currently, Cash On Delivery is available in selected locations within India only.

When do I pay for my Cash On Delivery order?

You will have to pay the order amount to our courier partners at the time of the actual delivery.

Will there be change in delivery time for COD order?

There may be a delay in delivery of COD orders since the courier will need to coordinate with you to deliver the items as per your convenient time

Terms & Conditions for Cash On Delivery (COD) payment

  • Your delivery address should be under serviceable network of our courier partner. Please enter correct pin code only to ensure delivery.
  • Please pay in cash only and do not offer cheque or Demand Draft to the courier staff.
  • Please do not pay for any additional charges i.e. octroi etc. to courier staff. Your invoice amount is inclusive of all charges.
  • If you want to cancel the order, please do so within 5 hours of placing it, post which it will processed and shipped.

  • COD fee of INR 50 is charged for all orders.

Do you accept payment through cheque/Demand Draft?

No, currently we do not accept payment through cheque/Demand Draft.

Can I pay in-store for a product bought online?

Sorry, as of now we do not offer such facility.

When would the payment be deducted from my card account? Would I be charged as soon as I complete ordering online?

Yes, an amount equal to your total order value will be blocked against your credit / debit card limit, as soon as you complete the transaction

Is Stop-payment allowed in case I realize my card has been misused or a purchase made fraudulently?

You will need to report the incident to your card issuing bank.

What should I do if my credit/debit card has been compromised when I am trying to make a payment online?

a) Please refer our privacy policy,which mentions that we do not collect or receive your credit card information, and this is collected directly on the Bank’s payment gateway. b) If you believe that your credit card has been compromised, then please immediately report the incident to your card issuing bank.

CANCELLATION / RETURNS / REFUND RELATED QUERIES

What happens if an item I have ordered is out of stock?

If an item goes out of stock after you have placed your order and received an order- confirmation, we will put forward our best attempt to fulfill the order by sourcing the selected item. In the event that we are unable to source it for you, or if it is likely to take longer than 7 days to ship, we will inform you about the delay and cancel the item, and reverse any charges made to your credit / debit card against that item.

Is there a limit to the quantity that I can order for?

No. However, in some cases where the order quantities are large, we may verify in order to ensure your security, to confirm that you have indeed ordered for these items.

Can I cancel an order or an item?

Yes, you can cancel the order fully or partially before it is shipped.

What is your return/refund and replacement policy?

We offer a 30 day return and exchange policy. Please refer our returns policy for more details.

In case I change my mind about the colour/ size picked up, can I have it exchanged?

Yes, you can exchange unused items within 30 days from the date of receipt.

I want to return a product, how can I do that?

The return/replacement/refund policy is customer friendly so that you will feel more comfortable in making online buying decision. Refer our cancellation & return policy for further details.

How will I receive my money for the products which I have returned or cancelled?

You will receive your money in the same manner in which you paid at the time of purchase.

How will I receive my money for the products which I have returned & for which I had paid through COD (Cash On Delivery) option?

You will receive your money in your bank account. All you need to do is email us the bank account details (A/c no., A/c name, Bank Name, Branch Address, IFSC/NEFT code) along with the return / refund request & your account will be credited in 15 days time after the receipt of garment at our end. 

Who will pay charges for the return shipment?

a)If you want the size or color or style replacement as you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will arrange the reverse pick of the merchandise through courier, you will have to pay the courier charges for the return shipment. b) In the case of replacement where there is some manufacturing defect or the defect caused in transit Globus will bear the Courier Charges.

No, we do not deliver out of India.

Is gift-wrapping offered as a service? Is it charged?

No, gift-wrapping is not available.

Can I have my order delivered to a Globus store, so that I can pick it up from there? Would delivery be free then?
